Ms. Elias is the stormwater pollution prevention coordinator for DOEE’s Stormwater Management Division where she provides outreach, education, and compliance assistance. She has over 12 years of experience in environmental protection and conservation, and holds a MS in Ecology from the University of California Davis.Â
